These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Company and any person or entity browsing and/or using the website or the information contained therein (each, hereinafter: "the User").

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time, add to or remove from them, concerning the entire site or parts thereof, at its sole discretion, without the need for prior notice. The sole responsibility for being familiar with and complying with these terms rests on the User.

By using the website, the User consents to all its terms without any limitation and/or reservation. By using the website, the User agrees that they or anyone on their behalf will have no claims or demands, directly or indirectly, against the website, the Company, its operators, owners, or managers.

The language of these terms is in the masculine form for convenience only and applies to all genders equally.

All product prices include VAT as required by law.

The product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and do not bind the Company. The Company makes every effort to present accurate images and information, but errors or inaccuracies may occur, and the Company will not be held liable for such errors.

The Company does not guarantee the availability of all models displayed on the website.

The Company may offer promotions and discounts on the website and reserves the right to terminate them at any time without prior notice.

These terms apply to the use of the website and its services across all devices, including computers, mobile phones, tablets, etc.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the District Court in Tel Aviv.

4. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and designs related to the Dumiere™ brand, is the sole property of the Company. Access to the website does not grant any license or right to the intellectual property contained therein.

All products displayed on the website are part of the intellectual property of the Company or third parties that have authorized their use.

The User agrees not to make any unauthorized use of the Company's intellectual property.

5. Warranty

For certain products (as specified on the product page), we offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase (with warranty registration on the relevant website page within 14 days of receiving the product) for manufacturing defects or factory malfunctions only. Warranty claims require submitting a form via the website and uploading a video of the defect, along with shipping fees.

Claims will be reviewed within 90 days of submission.

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from causes unrelated to manufacturing defects or from unreasonable use. Accidents, falls, scratches, etc., are not covered under the warranty.

The Company reserves the right to decide whether to repair, refund, or replace the product. If repair is chosen, the Customer must ship the original product to the Company and bear the shipping costs.

Products must not be exposed to harsh chemicals or extreme conditions that could damage their appearance. This includes avoiding exposure to cleaning agents, creams, perfumes, bleach, and other chemicals.

6. Data Security and Privacy

The Company values the privacy of its customers and takes all reasonable measures to protect personal information. By making a purchase, joining the Company’s customer club, or browsing the website, customers provide personal information that is used only for business purposes, including product delivery, marketing updates, and contacting users.

By registering on the website, the Customer consents to joining Dumiere’s customer club and having their personal details stored and used as detailed in these terms.

The website is secured, and payment details are encrypted and not stored on the Company's servers. However, the Company cannot guarantee complete immunity from unlawful breaches of its servers, and the User waives any claims or demands for damages resulting from such incidents.

The Company reserves the right to disclose personal information as required by law.

7. Confidentiality

The Company does not store customers' credit card information. The personal details provided are used only for website operations, order processing, and delivery. The Company will never sell or trade personal information to third parties without authorization.

Third parties who collaborate with the Company will only receive the minimum personal information necessary to fulfill the order.

8. Shipping Policy

Upon placing an order, the Customer will receive an email confirmation, and the order will be dispatched within three business days of receipt. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders are processed during business days (Sunday through Thursday), and delivery is completed after the payment process is successfully completed.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, strikes, or other uncontrollable events.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, and customers will be charged for any price differences.

Promotional items can be exchanged or returned within seven days of delivery.

All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused. Returns are the responsibility of the customer, and products should be returned with the appropriate order number or exchange number.

Refunds for cancellations made before dispatch will be issued via the original payment method, and no additional charges will apply.

For cancellations made after the product has been dispatched, customers can return the product within 14 days of receipt (seven days for promotional items) and will be refunded, minus shipping costs.
