Order Entry on the Website



Upon placing an order on our website, the purchaser will receive an email confirmation that the order has been received. The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer via an external shipping company. The company is committed to preparing and packaging the order within 3 business days from the time the order is received. The delivery timeframe depends on the buyer's address and the regional collection method used by the shipping company. Please note that the specified days are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

The order processing occurs on business days (Sunday to Thursday) and will be entered the following business day after the order date. The order will be delivered after the purchase process is completed, provided that the order is correctly processed, the customer has a valid credit card that can be charged, and the credit card company has approved the transaction in Israel. Alternatively, if the customer chooses to pay via PayPal, the company will charge the payment only after receiving confirmation from PayPal. The use of PayPal is subject to its terms of service and privacy policy, not those of the website. It is essential for the customer to provide accurate and correct information at the time of ordering. If incorrect or false details are provided, the company cannot guarantee that the products will reach their intended destination. If the products are returned to the company due to incorrect information, the customer will bear the cost of shipping and handling and will have no claims against the company.

Additionally, the purchase is contingent upon the product being in stock. If it is not indicated that the product is out of stock and the product has not been removed from the website in good faith before the order is placed, the company will not be obligated to sell the product to the customer, and there will be no claims or lawsuits regarding any damages, whether direct or indirect, incurred by the customer or a third party. It is clarified that the company will refund the customer for any amount paid, if applicable.

Shipping
The company is not responsible for delivery times or delays caused by the shipping company, but it is available to assist the customer with any issues. The company is not responsible for delays or issues in product delivery due to unforeseen events beyond its control, such as (but not limited to): malfunctions, delays, strikes, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, wars, incorrect address input, product availability in stock, customs holds, issues with computer systems or phone systems that may hinder the completion of the purchase process, problems with email services, etc.

The shipment will be sent to the address entered during the purchase process.

Please Note:

  • Prices include VAT.
  • Products shipped are insured.
  • Orders can be placed from all regions of the country (with the exception of the previously mentioned areas, where delivery times may be extended).
  • If an order is received for areas that the shipping company does not service, the company is not obligated to fulfill the order. The company may, at its discretion, deliver products to non-service areas with prior telephone coordination. Alternatively, the customer may arrange to pick up the product from the company’s warehouses by prior telephone arrangement.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide accurate and correct shipping information.
  • Upon placing the order, the purchaser will receive an email confirmation that the order has been received, and the order will be supplied directly to the address provided by the customer via an external shipping company.
  • Once the shipment is dispatched, an additional email notification will be sent with the tracking number and the date of shipment. However, it is clarified that the order confirmation does not obligate the company to deliver the product and serves only as confirmation that the order details have been recorded in the system.
  • If the payment method is invalid or the transaction is not approved for any reason, or if the product is out of stock, the website management will contact the customer to finalize or cancel the order.
  • Before the shipment is dispatched, the responsibility and insurance for the product lie with the company. However, once the shipment has left the company for a third party, the responsibility for the product and its delivery lies with the shipping company.
  • If the customer chooses a delivery method with a private shipping company that requires prior coordination for home delivery, the customer is fully responsible for being available by phone to coordinate the package delivery. If the customer is unavailable for delivery for any reason, the package will be returned to the website management, and the customer will incur an additional shipping cost.
