Returns and Cancellations Policy

This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law (1981).

Exchanges and Returns
Products can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery. If the customer wishes to exchange for a different model, they will be charged or refunded the price difference between the products.

All returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging and unused.

A product will only be exchanged after it has been returned to Dumiere and deemed to be in good condition and unused.

Exchanges will be conducted by a courier designated by the customer, provided that the exchange request is received by Dumiere within 14 days from the date of purchase, and that the order number or exchange/return number provided by Dumiere is indicated on the packaging.

If it is found that the product has been used contrary to the care instructions or has been damaged due to improper use, the exchange or refund will not be permitted. The item can be returned by registered mail at the customer’s expense or by home courier for a fee.

Items purchased during promotional events can be exchanged or canceled within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy
Once a product is ordered, the purchasing process is initiated and recorded.

If a transaction is canceled before the product is delivered to the shipping company, the customer may cancel the transaction. A refund will be processed to the credit card used for the transaction, and if the payment was made via PayPal, the refund will be credited to the customer's PayPal account. In such cases, the customer will not incur any additional charges, and the full amount paid will be returned. Monetary refunds will be provided as stipulated by law.

If a transaction is canceled after the product has been handed over to the shipping company, the customer may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, and a refund will be issued for the item’s cost minus the shipping cost for collecting the item from the customer and returning it, plus handling fees. The refund will be processed according to the payment method used by the customer.

Please note that it may take up to 6 weeks for the refund to reflect in your account.

For items purchased during promotional events, a transaction can be canceled within 7 days of receiving the product, and a refund will be issued for the item’s cost minus the shipping cost for collecting the item from the customer and returning it.

For sterile products with a return policy within a specified number of usage days (referred to as “Under-the-Belt Warranty / 30-Days Money-Back guarantee”), cancellations can be made within the number of days indicated in the "Under-the-Belt Warranty" from the date of order on the website, applicable only to specific body grooming machines or products specified as such, and not for all products as a package, such as “replacement blade,” “shower stand,” “body spray,” or other ancillary products.

Returns can be sent back to Dumiere's warehouse by registered mail at the customer’s expense or by home courier for a fee. A refund will be issued for the item’s cost minus the shipping cost from Dumiere's warehouse to the customer.

Limitations on Cancellation Policy (in accordance with the law):
The right to cancel as stated in the regulations does not apply in the following cases:

  1. Products made specifically for the consumer according to custom measurements or special requirements, such as expedited shipping.
  2. Products priced over 600 NIS.
